I’m So F*^King Upset RIght Now
Ok so Forever 21 puts out a “plus size” clothing line, and this is the size chart.
I am so not amused. They still alienated a whole bunch of people, my size 18/20 self included. I can’t wait for Target’s new plus size line to come out. It is supposed to go up to at least a 30. Even Wet Seal’s plus size line goes higher than Phony 21′s. Some shirts go up to a 3X, but the pants go up to a 24. Photo from Fake 21.
If you are as angry as I am please call these numbers, go here to fill out a form and complain. They should listen since they said that so-called listening made them get a plus-size line.

I’ve waited basically my whole fucking life for this, and I still get played.
UPDATE: Marie Denee from The Curvy Fashionista featured a quote from me in an article she wrote about this hot mess of a plus size clothing line experiment gone wrong!

I seriously cannot believe they’re only going up to a 15/16??? Even though they did include my size, a 15/16 is seriously not even that big when it comes to plus sizes. I think at the very LEAST they should have gone up to a 22. At LEAST. I’m severely disappointed that they hyped it up so much only to go up to their definition of a 3X.
This is yet another example of the fashion world trying to make it appear as if they accept plus size people, when they really don’t. They only support plus sizes up to a POINT. I’m so angry right now. I hope Target does a LOT better than this.

I predicted this yesterday on my blog it does not surprise me one bit. When they announced a limited launch in their stores I smelled an joke cooking. Tis sad that all these years later mess like this is still going down, but I saw it comming.

The Target line is already in the stores. The only advantage of the Target line is that it’s more of a true plus size. Other than that, it’s a disappointment.

My target never gets the limited edition clothes so I will have to check online, and yes I did know it had to be to good to be true.

although I’m not a plus size girl, my bestfriend is, and I was so excited for her when they introduced Faith 21. I couldn’t wait to tell her all about it. (shes not very internet saavy)
Now I’m totally let down by what they’ve done.
I’ll be reposting this.
