This is definitely a trend I wouldn’t mind creating in my future home. Monochromatic molding can seem a little stale to some, but to me it is totally perfect. Adding on color to a room can balance it out with respect to the rest of the house, and it can add a little somethin’ somethin’ to a plain white room. You don’t need to change the furniture or the decorations. All you have to do is pick a color that matches everything in the room and paint the molding Photo from here.

I’m a huge fan of painting the molding in the home. I would paint my black because that is my go to color for everything.
