Whitney Eve was such a fun show today. The music was just as young and fresh as the designs. Whitney Port, star of The Hills and The City, designed some cute short and pantsuits in muted earthy and pastel colors. I think it is pretty safe to say the short suits are officially back. I also was a fan of the cropped carrot pants with slim legs. I loved how she styled the collection by pairing tight pieces with loose pieces like body conscious skirts with oversized sweaters.
The prints and textures also added to the collection. I loved the geometric prints and the earthy muted marbled prints. The knitted sweaters and sweater tanks were cute and fuzzy and perfect for transitional weather. The knitted body conscious pieces were sexy without being tacky. The whole collection was fun and sexy and totally cool.
