Fall Purses At Boticca.com

Here is a lovely guest post from our friends at Boticca.com.

As we wave goodbye to summer and prepare to welcome winter, it’s
not just our wardrobes that need a fashion re-think, no ladies it’s our
accessories too.

While summer brought with it the carefree world of eye-popping
clutches and barely there totes, this winter sees a more sedate and
relaxed fashion forecast. While the catwalks may usher in ensembles
in everything from berry tones to disco lame’s, it’s the job of our
bags to bring things back down to earth somewhat. That’s not to
say that our accessories cant envelop fashions finest trends, perish
the thought, but rather than dive straight in to the trend pool, they
should merely dip a toe.

One of the main trends that I, along with most of the fashion-focused
world, am coveting this season is ladylike chic. A perfect antidote to
summers bold and often brash looks, this season it’s time to dust off
that etiquette book and start dressing like an episode of Mad Men.
No bag is finer for finishing off this look than the Rocco Black With
Fox by Wilbur & Gussie. Made from elegant crocodile printed leather,
this box bag is old school with a twist. If it’s something for evening
you’re after then look to World of Wonderful’s World of Wonderful
Camel Clutch Bag. A virtually kissable soft peach, this classic design
sums this trend up perfectly.

Moving on several decades, this winter we also visit the 1970s. An
eclectic time full of fun and frivolity, get in the spirit with steven
harkin’s BoHo small evening bag
. Ideal for day or night, this electric
pink shoulder bag will brighten up even the darkest winter days.

Last on our style tour is the Navajo trend. Circling round fashion’s
periphery for quite some time, this season fashion has fallen in love
with all things Navajo. With browns, reds and beiges making up the
key hues of this fantastically fun trend, Joanna Maxham’s Bootcamp
in Sun Kiss slouchy tote
is bang on trend.
