I can’t believe it. The Fat and Skinny on Fashion Blog is six!! The little blog I started as a hobby and then became my graduate thesis project is growing up. I am so proud of my baby. Because of my blog, I have gone to various fashion weeks-including New York Fashion Week, met a lot of cool people, and made some awesome friends. I have experienced so many wonderful things because of my blog that I would have never dreamed of doing.

I am especially proud of the things I have done this year while maintaining my blog. It was a struggle, but I managed it. I have created six fashion films with Lexis-Style and actually sewn some garments in fashion design school. I’ve come a very long way since breaking those sewing machines when I was younger, and to top it off… I got to style a fashion show and dress the models!!! Good times! I have accomplished some things I would have never done if I hadn’t started this blog. It has given me the courage to come out of my shell and do a lot things I would have been scared of in the past. I am so proud of myself. What are you most proud of? Let me know below.

Also I, along with Old Factory Candle, am giving one of their awesome candle gift sets away to one lucky winner. Enter below. Good luck!

  1. I have to say that I’m most proud to have lost 15 pounds and kept it off for that past 10 months. Bring it on 2015!

  2. Last year, I set a goal of reading more and I read one book a month. I know that may not appear to be much but in a world of full time work, children and a family, I’m proud of myself.

  3. I’m proud of all the time I managed to spend with my teenage brother this summer! I will cherish it forever!

  4. I am so proud of YOU! Wow six years, I can’t believe it!!!!!!!!!!!
I am most proud of my ability to see the good in others, even when it is hard!

  5. I am proud of myself for not having a cigarette since last New Years day. Quitting smoking was my New Year’s resolution. For once I actually followed through on quitting smoking. `There are still times when I want one but no more.

  6. I achieved my goal of going natural, which was really hard for me. I’m really proud of myself because this whole natural thing is really a struggle.
