Partnered Post: A New Year, New Me #STARTSHERE With Walgreens and P&G

FTC: P&G and Walgreens gave me and one of my readers a few items in exchange for this post.

A new year, new me #STARTSHERE with Walgreens and P&G. I have been thinking about my new year’s resolutions recently and I want to do things differently this year. I am still going to make my vision board, but I also want to make a few new resolutions. As always I want to keep up with my healthy living journey, but I also want to work on personal organization and personal appearance.

I have already started to work on personal organization. I have planners for me and my blog, special to do list apps, and sticky notes. I am going to get my life in order. 2014 has been stressful, but I think keeping everything organized with help everything run more smoothly. Next I’m going to work on my personal appearance. I used to wear makeup everyday. Now I am wearing it only a few days a week. Since I started school, my schedule has gotten busier. I sew and create several garments during each 11 week school quarter, but 2015 is going to be different. I received some CoverGirl Outlast lip color and a Full Lash Bloom Mascara. I will definitely be wearing them on days when I don’t feel like going to class but have to anyway.
I also want to whiten my teeth. As a dentist’s daughter, clean and super shiny teeth are really important to me. Unfortunately I have a very bad tea and coffee habit. I drink about a cup of one or the other every single day. Because of that, my teeth have become so dull. I will be using those Crest Whitestrips Professional Effects strips to whiten my teeth. A girl cannot go into the new year with dull teeth. I just can’t do it.

Last but not least is my healthy living journey. I am going to continue to fix my eating habits, but I also want to make more time to exercise. I really didn’t have as much time to exercise year with everything that was going on, so I am going to most definitely use the Walgreens Digital Pedometer to track my health. It tracks my activity and my sleep trends, so I can really figure out what is going on and work to live better.

Thanks to Walgreens and P&G, one of my lucky readers will win the following prize pack, that I also received, below:

· $75 Walgreens gift card for your giveaway prize

· CoverGirl Full Lash Bloom Mascara in Very Black

While I don’t have New Year’s resolutions (at least not by title) I am working on a few things right now:

Getting better about treating my time like it is valuable and using it well.

I want to do even more volunteering this year – and maybe some fundraising?

I want to get off my butt and do some of the things I’ve been saying I’m going to do – like a beautiful entryway project I’ve had in mind since we built this house.
