Siri Tollerod: The Girl Of MANY Faces

I wanted to do a “somewhat” bio on Siri Tollerod. As a model who I’ve followed religiously over the past 2-3 years, Siri Tollerod has been one of the most influential models I have come to admire. She plays the role of a model so well in the sense that she is very “chameleon” like and can pretty much  do anything and still look beautiful. I have a lot of respect for models with this natural ability to change who they are completely behind a camera lense. Not all models are THAT versatile. And I have to say for the sake of saying that her face is a face I fell in love with.

If I ever had the guts (and the cheddar) to have complete reconstructive surgery to look like someone else…. it would most likely be Siri. Her and Sasha Pivovarova would be tied in first. All in all, I don’t believe in idolizing someone purely because of how they look, but I do “admire” women who are beautiful. It’s almost a whimsical feeling like you’ve seen a fairy or a nymph.

Although this is true, I find myself constantly questioning the integrity of being beautiful for a living. I couldn’t see myself personally getting much fulfillment out of my life even if I was booked for endless amounts of campaigns, photoshoots, and runways. I’d rather die saying I saved the dolphins or created an outfit that people will enjoy for years to come until it becomes vintage and then popular again anyways. Or perhaps even creating a beautiful piece of artwork.

As much as I admire beautiful people I am not jealous of them. I wouldn’t want the constant spotlight and adoration. Mostly because I’ve seen what it’s done to people, and most often those people became the biggest narcissists I ever came into contact with. But not everyone who is beautiful is vain. (But let’s not sit here and sugarcoat this… the majority sort of is). I feel like this personality is almost too widely accepted as being okay and normal. But there’s nothing humble about having your nose up everyday.

But without too much rambling:
