I am finally home from the Bronner Bros. Mid-Winter Hair Show 2013. I am so tired and sore from all the walking and standing and doing, but I had a blast! I can’t wait to go back again. I bought a ton of items, and handed out several business cards. I really think I found some new brands to cover for the blog. I never made it to any of the classes, but that is okay. This was my first time at the largest exhibition in the world. I learned what to expect for next time so I can plan accordingly. I want to leave you with some of pictures that I took at the event. Also, check out the blog in the coming weeks when I review some products from the show!
AHHHHHHHHH!! Mom and I are having a blast at Bronner Bros. braving the wind and the cold, and all of the incredible vendors inside. I have already bought things that I plan on reviewing later and sampled other products. My hands have more creams and oils on them I’ve ever had on them before. They should be baby soft right now. I think I am going to put some pictures up of all the crazy hairstyles I’ve seen so far on my Facebook page, so stay tuned for that. They are wild, and I know you want to see them. Tomorrow we are going to go to some makeup classes and peruse the vendors again. Mom is acting as my assistant. She is helping me tape things, and is really having a blast! I would also like to say thank you to the media coordinators for the event. They were really helpful.
I know people are starting to go to holiday parties, and you may be meeting up with friends and such. I know I have. Well I started looking up easy peasy hilariously fast hairstyles to do before a party or meetup. I found this lovely French Twist hairstyle from Lilith Moon. It is a really great classic style that anybody can do. I hope you enjoy the video. Let me know if you try it.
Hey guys! I wanted to quickly leave you with my one week Fabulace Hair review over the holiday weekend. I am jsut so in love with this hair. It is amazing. Check out the video for all the deets. Also check out this post for the latest Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales.

Hey guys! I got rid of that awful horrible, no good, trash that was the Bobbi Boss IndiRemi in the Ocean Wave. Thankfully the good people at The Fabulace Hair gave me two packs of their 16 inch Brazilian Loose Wave in 1B. So far I am in love with it. My parents and my hairstylist have already noticed a difference in the hair. Check out my video above for a more in depth review.

Dark and Lovely 6 Week Anti-Reversion Cream Serum’s is a horrible hair product. It is supposed to help your relaxer last longer after you wash your hair. Fail!!! My hair had more ripples in it than the Blue Ridge Mountains. It did not help anti-revert my hair or whatever you call it. It left my hair very dry and brittle. The product sucks. I give it two thumbs down. If I had more thumbs…
I found this awesome hot roller tutorial from Fabulasity Is Me on Youtube last night. The thing about hot rollers is they work better with long hair. If you have medium, shoulder length hair they may work for you if you use the smaller rollers. I see the hot roller sets in Walmart every time I go in there, but I bypass them. I feel more comfortable using my curling rods, curling irons, and flat irons. I had a hot roller set way back in middle or high school. I kept burning my fingers on the rollers. I think the hot rollers are a little more user friendly nowadays, so I may consider buying a set especially since this tutorial looks so easy and the method is super fast.
Hello everyone! This is the second post for the Wiggin’ It Series which will teach you how to make your own wigs. Yesterday’s post was on buying beauty supply store hair.
Today’s post is on virgin hair. That extremely expensive, yet totally gorgeous hair that you see on the likes of Beyonce, Lala Anthony, and Kim Kardashian. The reason it looks so good and is sooooo expensive is becomes it comes straight off of the donors head, and is shipped to the hair companies and then to you from India, Russian, Malaysia, Ecuador, Mongolia, Peru, and many other exotic locales. It doesn’t have any chemicals or color dyes in it so it is pure, unprocessed virgin hair.
I have yet to buy this kind of hair, but if I were I would get the Russian hair since this hair resembles my relaxed African American hair more than the other types of hair. It is out of my budget, but if you got it like that… rock that virgin hair! Also if you are new to wig making, stick to the less expensive beauty supply hair first. Trust me on this. You don’t want to screw up your first wig with $100-$1000 hair. Videos from @Thomasadrianna.
