Luxury Lust- The Row’s $16,900 Backpack

Luxury Lust

Olsen Twins Expensive Backpack

Behold the $16,900 backpack from The Row. The Olsen twins must have been on crack the day they either designed this or gave their design team the OK for this bag! Technically this doesn’t count as a Luxury Lust post because I am not lusting after this fugly ass backpack, but I know someone out there is. Ugh!!! Photo from Gawker.

Mary-Kate And Ashley Olsen’s Stylemint Launches Soon

Stylemint is just one of many new sites launching this summer! Last week I told you about Obvilux, which is live, and Clique To Know, which is launching in the next few weeks. Now Stylemint is about to launch. For those of you who don’t know, Stylemint is the exclusive T-shirt collection by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. The shirts look pretty good, but you already knew that considering how the Olsen Twins continuously put out quality products. As part of the launch, they are giving away free shirts and other gifts, but you have to sign up so join here.

I Am So Excited

Photo from Chictopia.
I am so excited for this new collaboration. MNG by Mango is going to be sold at JC Penney’s. This is great for people who don’t live in a big city and can’t experience Mango. JCP’s has been doing a great job with American Living aka another Ralph Lauren side project, Charlotte Ronson’s I Heart Ronson, and the mini Sephora stores. I also forgot to mention a month ago that Mary-Kate and Ashlely Olsen’s new JCP’s line Olsenboye, is in stores now. So don’t forget to check that out.

Elizabeth and James Shoes

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s Elizabeth and James line now has shoes. I really like these shoes because they are shoes that I could see myself wearing. The Stock Flat is a shoe I could see myself wearing everyday with some jeans and a crisp white shirt. I love loafers because they go with a lot of the clothes that I own, and the pony hair gives it an exotic look. The Edge Gladiator Sandal is another shoe I could see myself wearing everyday one of the floral dresses I just bought. The Haley Wedge isn’t a shoe I would wear everyday, but I really like the shape, color of the leather, and texture of the wedge heel. This is another shoe I would wear with jeans and a crisp white shirt. The Haley Wedge also looks comfortable. I can see a little bit of padding in there. The only thing I don’t like about the shoes is the price. They are sadly not in my budget. Photo from Who What Wear.
