SOOOOO Najee Wilson from Tresfraisnajee, and I did a ton of stuff on Fashions Night Out. I totally posted pics of our trek across Manhattan on Tumblr., so you can check those out there and on Najee’s blog. Anyway, one of our last FNO stops was at the Opening Ceremony store at The Ace Hotel. OC had a street carnival where I won a cute plaid bowtie and Najee and I starred in a little video. That’s right! That is us in the video towards the beginning and the end, and it was a complete blast. The confetti I threw got stuck on my face and in Najee’s hair. This may be TMI, but after I took my bra off that night, I totally made it rain confetti in my hotel room. I think that qualifies as a good ass night!

Rodarte stuns the fashion world yet again with beauty from their new Rodarte x Opening Ceremony collection. The collection, whose lookbook was released on the label’s Facebook page, was inspired by Scandinavia. I love the Fair Isle knits and Nordic looking prints. I am also fond of the ruffled dresses in pale colors. The collection is modeled by twins Gwen and Donna Loos and shot by Autumn Wilde. I’m not particularly sure who the male model is, but he fits in perfectly with the collection and the twins. Photos from Rodarte’s Facebook page.
Check out the Chloe Sevingy for Opening Ceremony commercial directed by Spike Jones. In it you can find a a cardboard stand up of Chloe Sevingy, the real Chloe Sevingy, and Opening Ceremony founder Humberto Leon dancing.
I am totally digging the Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony Resort 2011 collection. It is so Nineties fantastic and cute. The clothes are great but the shoes are killing me. I want just about every pair so much to the point where I can’t even deal. I want every pair of platforms. I also love the use of leopard. What do you think of the looks?
