Bebe launches not so workable workwear or sophisticated skankwear. Whichever or whatever you want to call it. Now ok, maybe I am exaggerating just a little bit. Some of the items in the collection are definitely workable, but you gotta admit this dress right here is not safe for anybody’s place of work. Photo from Racked.
Saks Fifth Avenue is about to become the only major retailer in the city to carry plus-sized womenswear by names like Chanel and Dolce & Gabbana. Coming very soon to the department store’s super high-end third floor, fall and winter plus-sized pieces will be mixed right in with existing stock—most of which would formerly have only been available in sizes ranging to a 10. Stock will reach size 14 across the board, and in some cases—depending on the brand—will go up to a size 20.

Who felt this way. Racked NY and I are on the same page here.
From Racked NY:
The Outnet, e-tailer Net-a-Porter’s answer to Yoox, bowed today. The site’s filled with merchandise from designers like Philip Lim, Rick Owens, Marc Jacobs and Anna Sui at 30 to 60% off (which, mind you, is still pricey). There are bag, shoe, clothing and accessories sections, and a page called “Dress Me” where shoppers pick from categories like “Chic Essentials: Stylish Denim” and “Wear This Forever: Iconic Dresses” and are redirected to another page showing an assortment of those items. They’re also taking inspiration from sample sale sites like Gilt, and planning some “Flash Sales”, aka 72 hour online super sales. The first one, a spring dress sale, is happening in 8 days, 2 hours, 49 minutes and 30 or so seconds. Yes—there’s a countdown clock.
