A few days ago I received four free pairs of Silver Linings by Chu Shu New York odor absorbing shoe liners. The company claims that by “Harnessing the power of silver, SILVER LININGS help keep feet fresh and odor-free while also preserving shoe interiors.” To be quite honest with you, I was a little weary of putting some silver shoe pads in my shoe. I didn’t know if they would really work, or if they were some kind of gimmick.
Luckily for me, I tried them out on a hot, humid day. I was happy that the Silver Linings liners were thin, because I already have to wear shoe pads in my shoes for arch and heel support. The thinness allowed me to wear them without feeling uncomfortable. Actually they made the balls of my feet more comfortable since most of my shoe pads stop before the ball of my foot. The fabric on the Silver Linings by Chu Shu New York shoe liners was soft and velvety. My foot was sweating in my shoe, but the shoe didn’t smell after I took them off, so it seems like they do work after all. You can get a 5-pack of these shoe liners with antimicrobial silver-based technology for $19, but I have two pairs Silver Linings by Chu Shu New York shoe liners. The contest is only for my Instagram followers, so go check out the contest there!
