While I couldn’t be in New York for fashion week, TFAS correspondent Mikelle Street was there to cover the Yuna Yang show for the blog. As usual, I am amazed by the beauty of the collection. Yuna Yang’s delicate feminine looks always remind me of the classic ladies of time gone by. It is for women who long for glamour. The delicate lace and silk balance out the modern looking shapes and colors. White and pastels are usually de rigueur for spring, but there is something about a crisp white pant and shades of pinks and blush that sets my heart a flutter. I know we are still trying to prepare ourselves for the fall months, who doesn’t get excited for short cocktail dresses and long maxi skirts with sheer panels. I am already looking toward the future.
